archaicraft is a survival minecraft server where everyone is welcome (as long as they're chill).
for security reasons, the server uses a whitelist; you can apply for a position on the whitelist in the archaicraft discord.

rules

• be respectful, considerate, and reasonable
• don't be a bigot; homophobia and the like are not appreciated
• keep sexual content non-explicit and to a minimum; light-hearted jokes are fine (as long as all parties involved are comfortable), but don't creep into NSFW or otherwise explicit territory
• don't use client-side mods that give you an unfair advantage and harm the experience of others. this includes x-ray and aimbot, to name a few
• don't spam or advertise things unrelated to the server
• don't grief or otherwise desecrate others' property
• this server's goal is to build a welcoming community that everyone can partake in without fear or judgment; so above all, follow wheaton's law

the server completely supports vanilla clients, despite numerous additions to the game. these include:

• claim anchors - craft an anchor and place it to claim the surrounding area as your own
• more tools - excavators, hammers, and saws that break blocks in a larger area
• trade shops - create shops where players can trade items
• furniture - a variety of unique furniture items to spice up your builds
• fishing overhaul - catch a variety of new fish, and haul up crates full of precious loot
• gliders - a cheap but inferior alternative to elytra
• polyfactory - advanced machinery to automate all sorts of processes
• hoe buffs - hoes till in a large radius depending on their tier, and replant harvested crops
• leashable villagers - ignore the moral implications
• worldgen changes - small additions to the flora of the world, and some entirely new biomes
• beer - yes, it's exactly what it sounds like
